Located on the B6254, Carnforth to Kirkby Lonsdale road, we are 1 mile east of Junction 35 (Carnforth) of the M6. We are 15 minutes north of Lancaster, 15 minutes south of Kendal, 30 minutes north of Preston and a mere 30 minutes from the beautiful Lake Windermere
